Bremer to Galatasaray

Quiet since 21 July 2026. Last report: La Gazzetta dello Sport. Probability when it went quiet: 8%.

Galatasaray are circling Juventus centre-back Bremer, 29, but the move is nowhere near done. The Turkish club have spoken to the player's camp, floated a substantial wage and are reported to be preparing a bid in the €34m region, according to Di Marzio. Juventus, however, have not received a formal offer, and the club's position is firm: nothing below €51m (€50m) will be entertained for a player contracted until 2029. Bremer himself turned down Galatasaray's proposed salary of €8m a year, though he has stopped short of closing the door completely. The story was broken by Di Marzio at Sky Sport Italia, with corroboration from Alfredo Pedullà on the Juventus asking price. La Gazzetta dello Sport added the detail of the rejected wage proposal on 21 July. All three are credible, well-sourced voices in Italian football. Fabrizio Romano has explicitly ruled out Bayern Munich as a destination, removing one alternative that had been circulating. This is a long shot at present. The gap between what Galatasaray appear willing to spend and what Juventus demand is significant, the player has already knocked back the wage on offer, and no formal bid has landed. All three of those obstacles would need to clear before this moves anywhere meaningful. Galatasaray paid €31m to sign a defender from Monaco and €27m in 2025 from Trabzonspor, which puts their spending comfort zone well below what Juventus want for Bremer. By contrast, Juventus bought Bremer from Torino for €52m in 2022 and would expect a similar return, not a loss, on a player still under contract for three more seasons. Watch f
