Enzo Molebe to OGC Nice

Quiet since 19 July 2026. Last report: Flavien Trésarrieu. Probability when it went quiet: 22%.

Nice have registered a clear interest in Enzo Molebe, the 18 year old Olympique Lyonnais attacker, with a loan the shape being discussed. The picture right now is early and unsettled. One account has genuine appetite from Nice but stresses that no talks between the clubs have started yet, and that the salary would be covered in full on loan. Another goes further, describing active discussions to finalise a loan with an option to buy. Both point the same way; they disagree on how far it has actually travelled. This rests on two reporters. Flavien Trésarrieu, who carries strong credibility, frames it as interest without club-to-club dialogue and flags a condition attached to it. Sacha Tavolieri, also well regarded, is more bullish, claiming live discussions over a loan with a purchase option. Two reliable voices, then, but not yet aligned on the state of play. The chance is against the odds for now. The clearest obstacle is spelled out plainly: Nice are expected to move on Moffi and Kevin Carlos before they push in attack, so this depends on outgoings clearing the path. Until those departures happen and formal club talks open, Molebe stays a target rather than a signing. For a player valued around €1m and tied down until June 2029, Lyonnais hold the leverage. The trigger to watch is Nice offloading Moffi and Kevin Carlos. Once that space opens, expect the interest to convert into an actual approach, and a loan-with-option structure to be put on the table. No agreement exists yet, and the first real sign will be the two clubs sitting down.
