Gabriel Jesus to Everton

Quiet since 29 June 2026. Last report: Gianluigi Longari. Probability when it went quiet: 6%.

Everton have made an early enquiry about Gabriel Jesus, the 29-year-old Brazil attacker who could leave Arsenal in this window. The move sits at the exploratory stage for now, a sounding-out rather than a firm push. Jesus is under contract until June 2027, and his current value sits around €18m. The fee under discussion runs from €11m to €16m, with a €11m bid already logged. This is interest, not agreement. The story comes from Gianluigi Longari, a reasonably reliable Italian reporter, who framed it plainly as an exploratory approach. That matters. It is a single link from one credible voice, not something corroborated across several sources. Take it as a genuine early signal rather than a deal gathering pace. This is a longshot as things stand. For it to grow, Everton would need to firm up their interest and Arsenal would need to sanction a sale of a player they value above the money being floated. With Jesus still tied down until 2027, Arsenal hold the cards, and the gap between the €11m bid and his roughly €18m value is the obvious brake. Right now it leans firmly against completion. Everton have shopped in this range before. They paid €15m to Flamengo in 2025, €14m to Rangers in 2022 and €13m to Sporting in 2023, so a fee near €16m would be in keeping with how they spend. Arsenal, remember, paid €52m to sign Jesus from Man City in 2022. Watch for Everton turning the enquiry into a formal bid, or Arsenal signalling they will let Jesus go this window.
