Lucas Chevalier to Juventus
Quiet since 25 July 2026. Last report: Santi Aouna. Probability when it went quiet: 6%.
Juventus are the ones making the running here. The reporting has them exploring a move for Lucas Chevalier, the 24-year-old France goalkeeper who only joined Paris Saint Germain last year. This is early-stage groundwork rather than a formal negotiation. A fee somewhere between €33m and €45m has been floated, with a €33m bid the number attached so far, and Chevalier is tied to PSG until June 2030, so Paris hold every card. The trail is thin. It rests on a single line from Santi Aouna, a reporter of decent standing, framing Juventus as merely exploring the option. There is no corroboration from a second voice, no quotes from either club, and nothing yet to suggest the two sides have opened proper talks. Treat it as one credible whisper, not a developing negotiation. This is a long shot as things stand. Chevalier has a five-year deal, PSG have no need to sell, and his market value of around €25m sits below even the lowest figure being discussed. For it to move, Juventus would have to firm up genuine interest into a concrete bid, and PSG would have to signal any willingness to listen. Neither has happened. The money at least fits the pattern. Juventus have repeatedly paid in this bracket: €40m from Valencia in 2018, €39m from Atalanta in 2020, €37m from Man City in 2019. Chevalier himself cost PSG €40m from Lille in 2025, so the range in play is entirely in keeping. Watch for a second reliable source, or a first actual bid lodged with PSG. Until then, this stays exploratory.
