Rafael Leão to Tottenham Hotspur

This move fell through. Last report: Fabrizio Romano (X), 28 July 2026.

Tottenham Hotspur have been offered Rafael Leão, the 27-year-old AC Milan attacker, but the clearest signal from reliable reporting is that Spurs are not interested. Milan are prepared to sell for somewhere between €59m and €82m, yet no serious bid from north London has materialised. Fabrizio Romano has said flatly, on multiple occasions in July 2026, that Tottenham will not pursue Leão this summer and have other winger targets as their priorities. Daniele Longo reported that the player was offered to Spurs roughly three weeks ago. Matteo Moretto, writing for Sempre Milan on 25 July, described the sale as being at a complete standstill, with only two offers received so far. A fee of €59m to €82m for Leão would sit comfortably within that pattern, and Leão
