Parrott is tied to Betis until June 2029, which hands the Spanish side almost all the leverage. The story rests on one outlet, football.london, carrying a credibility rating of 62. That is a mid-ranking source, and this is a lone claim rather than something corroborated across the serious reporters. Nobody of benchmark standing has backed it up. Treat it as a speculative talking point, not a deal taking shape. This one is a long shot, and the maths is the giveaway. A €79m fee for a player valued at around €25m makes no sense while Betis hold a contract running to 2029.
