Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Transfer Tracker, a Score90 product. They are an agreement between you and Proper Sports Media Limited (company 16006002), trading as Transfer Tracker, a Score90 product, the contracting party (“we”). By using the service, you agree to them.

They are written in plain English so that what you are agreeing to is clear.

The Transfer Tracker iPhone app is published on the App Store by Score 90 AB, a Proper Sports Media group company, on behalf of Proper Sports Media Limited. These terms cover the app as well, and Proper Sports Media Limited is the contracting party there too.

What Transfer Tracker is

Transfer Tracker provides live football transfer intelligence: transfer probabilities, fee estimates, market values and source-credibility reads, gathered from public reporting. It is operated by Proper Sports Media Limited.

Our numbers are editorial estimates, not advice

The probabilities, fee estimates and market values on Transfer Tracker are editorial estimates: modelled opinions derived from public reporting. They are provided for information only.

They are not statements of fact, and they are not financial, betting or investment advice. You should not rely on them as such, and any decision you take based on them is your own.

Using the service fairly

You agree to use Transfer Tracker lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the service;
• attempt to break, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
• misuse other people’s data or accounts; or
• use the service for any illegal purpose.

Your account

You sign in using a magic link or OAuth (for example, Google). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in provider secure. You can delete your account at any time from the “Your data” panel when signed in. How we handle the personal data tied to your account is explained in our Privacy Policy.

What belongs to whom

The models, scores, design and the compilation of Transfer Tracker are the intellectual property of Proper Sports Media Limited. Club, competition and player names and imagery are used for identification and editorial purposes, and reporting is attributed to its original sources. Those names, images and reports remain the property of their respective owners.

Provided “as is” & limitation of liability

Transfer Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to be accurate and to keep the service running, we do not warrant that the content is complete or error-free, or that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
